About Love to Feel Good
We believe that the potential of positive change is a fundamental building block for creating the best possible future for us all. Our work is about discovering and exploring this potential.
Clinical hypnotherapy harnesses a future-based, non-directive approach, using a positive, nurturing process. Our sessions are unique in their gentle and empowering structure. While the neuroscience background helps you to understand how the brain works, the hypnotherapy introduces and cultivates a sense of calm. The aim is to have you leaving our therapy room happier, positively focused, motivated and relaxed.
We operate from our own therapy rooms in Sevenoaks.
We know when we are doing our best and we want you to be the best you possibly can be. You can’t run before you walk, you can’t walk before you stand on your feet first, and you can’t stand on your feet if you don’t know how. So to succeed in this, you have to realise what feet are for and then you can truly walk or run. This is how we see solution-focused therapy: a step-by-step, intuitive process that will really help you to understand and move forward with your life.

After qualifying in solution-focused hypnotherapy (SFH) at the leading Clifton Practice in 2013, I started practicing as a therapist at Integrated Health in Sevenoaks. I also had a clinic in Harley Street, London. Prior to this I studied social care, counselling, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and life coaching.
I have always been interested in psychology and exploring the many therapeutic models led me to decide that the solution-focused approach is the right one for me, but I continue to utilise my other qualifications in my work. I apply Ericksonian Approach in my treatments and was taught of its clinical applications by Dr Jeffrey Zeig, the world’s leading psychotherapist and founder of the Milton H. Ericksonian Foundation. I treat all forms of anxieties from mild forms to trauma. I trained with Dr Ibbotson, the UK’s leading expert for treating trauma and PTSD.
I take great interest in helping my clients to establish long term coping skills and not only treating the conditions that are presenting themselves but also help to establish preventative process. I have developed an educational program called the ‘3 Steps to Change’ that delivers sets of tools and strategies all based in each individual’s resources and abilities. This is a comprehensive cognitive and experiential educational awareness model that helps to support ongoing positive changes throughout individual’s life. I teach this model to other therapists and professionals as well as my clients.
I am also a qualified supervisor, working regularly with other professionals in advisory and mentoring relationships. I organize support groups in person and online, workshops and CPD training courses. I am a keen supporter of networking amongst wellbeing professionals and working actively with local and national business platforms offering services to individuals as well as corporate clients.

My interest in hypnosis started when I trained as a student nurse at St Thomas’ Hospital and observed a procedure performed under hypnosis in theatre, it was one of the most amazing experiences. From that moment on I was fascinated by the mind body connection and how tapping into our subconscious mind can help in all sorts of situations.
As my career developed I became very interested in women’s health and decided to train as a midwife. While working as a midwife I witnessed the amazing effect that being calm and in control can have on the birthing process. One of the most rewarding parts my work was being able to support families during a time of change. I attended a counselling course to improve my communication skills as I wanted to provide the best support I could especially when things didn’t go to plan. I had the wonderful privilege of being present at the birth of many babies including friends and my beautiful nieces.
Later on I was at a crossroads and I decided it was time to further my knowledge of hypnotherapy and attended a course at The Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy. There I gained a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis and Clinical NLP practitioner.
I became a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy insured myself and started my new life as a hypnotherapist. It wasn’t long before I also took a course in KG Hypnobirthing and a course to help people affected by birth trauma.
They say that everything that happens during our lives is preparing us for something and I feel that my experiences have been preparing me to help you.
It was when I trained as a clinical hypnotherapist and Hypnobirthing teacher that I felt I had found my vocation. I (truly) understood how our wonderful subconscious mind can be harnessed to help us make the changes we want to make.
I now spend my time between helping clients make the change they want to make, furthering my knowledge by way of reading, study days and supervision. When I am taking time off I love to dance and sing, at home not in public ! and enjoy the company of my family and friends not least of all my dog Max
“I would definitely recommend Veronika, she has a way of making you feel calm and relaxed even after one session.”
“I had 4 sessions and Gabrielle always puts you at ease, she is such a warm person it is easy to put your trust in her. As hypnotherapy itself is thoughts you have whilst you’re in a deep relaxed state and you don’t talk, It is yourself your being honest with, made it easier for me as I wasn’t saying what I thought I should say. At the time I didn’t realise what impact it had but it was totally helped me be me” Vicki
